Bilingual Order Desk Representative
Our
client is currently seeking candidates to work in
their call centre.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to external and internal
customers.
Provide, correct and update information to customer
inquires.
Support and work directly with the CSR's
and other departments.
Inbound/Outbound calls.
Providing Product (Hair Care) information, placing customer's
orders, issuing credits.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (French & English).
Minimum two (2) years experience customer service
experience in a call center environment.
Excellent computer skills.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm
Salary:
$38K
